Entertainment at this year’s Sasfin Plett Wine & Bubbly Festival:
We start each day with our very own Sounds of Joy, a Plett-based, 4-piece band with an authentic and cheerful Malay minstrel sound. They will be playing throughout the day on both Saturday and Sunday.
Local Plett band, Breez’n, is a small group with big dreams. This five member band will be entertaining crowds Saturday and Sunday afternoon with their jazzy acoustic ensemble.
Blues-rock music musician, Albert Frost, will be playing Saturday afternoon. His energetic guitar performances will be a fresh addition to this year’s festival. He will be followed by Jack Mantis Band (dubbed the African Soul Surfer).
Sunday festival goers are in for a treat. The day features local musicians Tigger and Brent, followed by Ben Day and The Concrete Lions, an Afro/Indie pop-rock band from Cape Town. The festival will end with a set by award-winning Arno Carstens, a Plett favourite with his rocking vibes and chilled Plett groove.
